This Privacy Policy explains how SUPER5 車サービス App (“the App”) collects, uses, stores, and protects user data. The App is operated by SANJYU HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. We comply with Google Play Developer Policies, Japan’s Personal Information Protection Act, and international data protection standards.

The App only collects the minimum data required to provide core services. We do not collect unnecessary personal information.
(1) Camera & Photo Album Access
Purpose: To allow users to take or upload images for order remarks, service notes, and message attachments during service submission. Uploaded images are only used for order verification and service communication and will not be used for advertising or shared with third parties without consent.
(2) Location Access (Google Maps)
Purpose: To provide store location display and navigation services. Location data is used in real time only for route guidance and will not be stored long term or used for user profiling.
(3) Phone Call Access
Purpose: To allow users to directly call store numbers for business consultation and service contact. The App does not read call logs, monitor calls, or upload any call data.
3. Data Security & Storage
All user data and uploaded images are transmitted via HTTPS encryption and stored securely. We implement technical and administrative safeguards to protect user data from leakage, tampering, and loss.
4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing
The App only integrates Google Maps for navigation functions. All third-party services follow their official privacy policies. We do not sell, trade, or share user personal data with advertisers or marketing organizations.
5. Data Retention
We retain user data only for the duration of service provision. Upon user account deletion request, we will erase all related personal data within 30 calendar days. Only legally required transaction records will be retained according to applicable laws.

Users have the right to view, correct, and delete their personal data and account.
Account & Data Deletion Process:
Please send a deletion request email to rogerriley1299@gmail.com and provide your registered phone number or user ID for identity verification. After verification, we will complete account cancellation and data deletion within 30 days.

This App is intended for adult users only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
8. Policy Updates
